Andrew Jensen — Owner / Founder
Raised in both Colorado and Wyoming, Andrew’s education and business remains loyal to his roots. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and later attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. He is a licensed loan officer in both Colorado and Wyoming.
Andrew started his professional career after college teaching eighth grade social studies before realizing it wasn’t his passion. Inspired by his minor in business, he began an apprenticeship with a mortgage brokerage in 2011. He took his education background and incorporated it with his knowledge of the mortgage industry to create a unique model for Blueprint Mortgage Group. Both experienced and novice borrowers will be sure to be provided the same education and understanding of their mortgage options. To this day, Andrew isn’t here to sell anyone anything. He relies on honesty, transparency, making people feel comfortable asking questions, and his ability to teach people by putting things in layman’s terms that are easier to understand.
Ashley Jensen - Loan Officer Assistant
Ashley is a Loan Officer Assistant with Blueprint Mortgage Group. She joined the team this year after leaving her previous job as an office manager where she strived in customer interaction and communication. She has a vast array of knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting and is very detail-oriented. Ashley is a vital part of our team helping us with initial loan set up, document collection, and post-closing duties. When Ashley is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, DaRon, and dog, Polo.
Tia Bennett - Senior Loan Processor
Tia has had the pleasure of serving Colorado's market since 2011. As a licensed processor, her goal is to make the client's transaction as painless as possible. She goes beyond the basics and sees herself as an educator and expert who is able to compare all options including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Portfolio, and Down Payment Assistance. Having the opportunity to help others create wealth and homeownership here in Colorado is a dream and a true passion of hers. Denver is her hometown and she loves everything our state has to offer. She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver where she studied accounting and finance. Spending time with her family and outdoors is how she likes to enjoy her spare time.
